These agreements are in place to honor both your experience and

Each session is a sacred container — a moment in time intentionally opened

for remembrance, healing, and transformation.

By scheduling a session, you agree to enter this container with presence,

respect, and personal responsibility.

The following agreements exist to protect the integrity of the work, the

practitioner, and the energy exchanged.

Energy Exchange & Sacred Commitment

All sessions are non-refundable.

Once a session is booked, that time is devoted exclusively to you.

The energetic exchange is initiated at the moment of booking, and therefore no

refunds are issued, including in cases of late arrival, missed sessions, or last-

minute cancellations.

Your booking is your yes — to the work, to yourself, and to the process.

Honoring Sacred Time

Sessions begin and end at the appointed time.

• If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end

time.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the

session is considered closed.

• Closed sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Time is a living energy. Your presence is part of the ceremony.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to

your scheduled session.

• Requests made 48 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled one

time, subject to availability.

• Requests made within 48 hours of the session time are considered a release

of the session and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

All changes must be requested in writing through the designated booking

channel.

No-Show Agreement

If you do not arrive for your session and provide no notice, the session is marked

as a no-show.

No-shows represent an unfulfilled energetic commitment and result in the

forfeiture of the session, without refund or reschedule.

Emergency Grace

True emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole

discretion of the practitioner.

Such considerations are rare and are not guaranteed.

Sacred Consent & Acknowledgment

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and

agreed to this Sacred Session Agreement.

You enter this work willingly, consciously, and with respect for the container that

holds it.

When you arrive fully, the work meets you fully.

When you honor the container, transformation flows.

3. FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS

Family Constellations Session Agreement

Family Constellations work opens a deep ancestral and systemic field that

requires presence, readiness, and respect for the process.

• All sessions are non-refundable

• The constellation field opens at the scheduled time

• Late arrivals may disrupt the field and shorten or close the session

• Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to reschedule once

By booking, you agree to enter this work consciously and honor the ancestral

container being held.

4. REIKI Certification Courses

Reiki Energy Course Agreement

Reiki flows most clearly when the container is entered with intention and

presence.

• All Reiki Courses & Sessions are non-refundable

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time

• Late arrivals reduce available session time

• Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling

Your booking signifies readiness to receive and honor the energy exchange.

5. VIP IMMERSIONS – CEREMONIAL VERSION

VIP Immersion Agreement

VIP sessions are premium, high-touch containers that involve advanced

preparation, energetic focus, and exclusive time allocation.

• VIP sessions are non-refundable

• Time is reserved solely for you and cannot be reclaimed

• Sessions begin promptly and conclude as scheduled

• Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to reschedule once

honor the depth of this work.
