There was a time when my life looked like success from the outside—traveling the world as an international model, creating businesses, exploring wine and food, chasing the next creative adventure. I lived in the energy of constant doing, constantly striving, constantly achieving. But beneath the surface, I was drained. I had mastered the art of appearing fulfilled while quietly asking myself, “Is this it? There has to be more to life than this.”
