I hosted Rooted in Love, a Love Frequency Reset and an ancestral healing circle in
Hoi An, Vietnam, and it became one of the most meaningful spiritual events
I’ve facilitated to date.
As a transformational spiritual life coach, ancestral root worker, and Family
Constellations facilitator, I travel and create sacred spaces wherever I feel
called. This gathering was not just an event. It was a blueprint for how healing
circles can be created anywhere in the world.
We began with a heart-opening cacao ceremony.
Cacao has long been used in ceremonial spaces to activate the heart gently,
ground the body, and bring participants into presence. During our circle in Hoi
An, the cacao helped soften walls, quiet the mind, and create emotional safety
within the group.
This wasn’t about performance. It was about connection.
In a world that moves fast, slowing down together was medicine.
One of the core elements of Rooted in Love was ancestral healing.

relationships, but the energetic legacy they carry forward.
Oracle Guidance and Love Frequency Reset
We also invited oracle guidance into the space. Oracle guidance is not only fun but powerful -allowing spirit to lead the way into this love immersion is a sure way to get clarity and alignment and SPIRIT did not disappoint.
Each participant received a message that felt uncannily aligned with their current
season of life. The oracle served as a mirror — reflecting clarity, direction, and
affirmation.
Hosting Rooted in Love in Vietnam was deeply personal for me. I felt called to create this healing circle as I had just completed my ebook, Self Love-Becoming the love you seek. Facilitating this love frequency immersion only amplified the energy.
As a global spiritual nomad, I believe healing should not be confined to one city
or one country. Sacred circles can be created anywhere there is willingness.
This event affirmed something important:
The work travels.
Rooted in Love became a living template for my future workshops — whether in
Southeast Asia, Africa, India, Europe, or back home in the United States.
I see it as planting seeds.
Seeds of emotional awareness.
Seeds of grounded self-love.
Seeds of ancestral healing.
And when people leave with new clarity and expanded hearts, those seeds
ripple outward into families, relationships, and communities.
That is how the collective grows.
