I’ve been planting so many beautiful seeds of healing while in Hoi An. I had no plans to facilitate events – I suppose the Universe had other ideas for me because it happened so organically.
I met beautiful souls looking for medicine of Root Work, Family Constellations, and Heart Healing. It started with me facilitating a community Family Constellations session then I held a Reiki certification and training event and finally I felt called to do an event called “Rooted in Love” – a love frequency reset.
Let’s talk about Rooted in Love – so I was inspired to do this event because I just finished launching my new book Self Love – becoming the love you seek. It’s an amazing book and so easy to follow. Actually, it’s more than a book: it’s a remembrance, it’s a coaching immersive filled with real activities, coaching, and journaling notes. So back to the event-the event just kind of took on a life of its own with spirit all in the mix.
I felt fortunate to witness the transformation and clarity that came from of this much needed healing circle. What surprised me the most was how vulnerable the participants were-especially the men….there was some tears shed too. That’s when I knew the cacao medicine was doing its magic!
Everyone stood on business-doing the work of ancestral healing by rewriting those old love stories rooted in survival and flipping the script by affirming new stories rooted in real unconditional love.
Self-Love really is something you become-not something you chase.
