At YvetteIrvin.com, all services are offered with intentional preparation, energetic presence, and reserved time. By booking any service, session, program, or offering, you agree to the following policy.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through YvetteIrvin.com are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• 1:1 coaching sessions
• Transformational coaching packages
• Energy healing sessions & courses (Reiki, intuitive, or spiritual work)
• Family constellation sessions
• Intensives, VIP days, immersions, and programs
• Digital offerings, recordings, and downloads

Once a session or service is booked, time and resources are exclusively reserved for you.

Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

We honor that life can shift. Best-practice boundaries are as follows:

• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
• Requests made with 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled one time at no additional cost.
• Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Grace Period

A 10-minute grace period is provided for all sessions.

• If you arrive within the 10-minute window, your session will continue for the remaining scheduled time.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show and will be forfeited.

This policy protects the integrity of the container and honors all scheduled commitments.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when:

• You do not attend your session, and
• No prior notice is given, or
• You arrive more than 10 minutes late

No-shows are non-refundable and non-rescheduled.

Packages, Programs & Multi-Session Offerings

• Coaching packages and programs must be used within the stated timeframe.
• Unused sessions are not refundable and do not roll over unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Packages are non-transferable.

Event, Retreat & Immersion Services

All events, retreats, intensives, and immersions are final sale due to advance planning, energetic preparation, and venue commitments.

Specific event policies may be listed separately and will supersede this policy when applicable.

Digital Offerings

All digital products, recordings, courses, and downloadable materials are non-refundable due to immediate access.
